Daniel Mitchell (then of the Heritage Foundation, now at the Cato Institute) demonstrates, in the documentary "An Unreasonable Man," that he is hilariously insane.
Everyone that doesn't take the time to understand what he is saying is being very ignorant. You have to understand the source of America's problem, federal government and government sponsored labor relations, to understand they are the only utilizing the environment they are given.
Progressivism (anti-liberty "liberalism") = change or reform through GOV'T action.
Give ANY politician or bureaucrat the power to "redistribute & regulate" OTHER people’s money & choices and they will ALWAYS Legislate to benefit THEIR “special interest” campaign backers; Banks, Wall Street, Military-Industrial Complex, Marxist Unions, Giant Corps, Big Oil, Pharma, Insurance etc.
Progressivism CREATES Political Cronyism.
FIAT (counterfeit) debt-currency from the Fed FUELS THE FIRE!
This is a minor argument saying that US corporations in effect has little to gain through lobbying; they still face international competition. Not even worth shrugging my shoulders for?

I just remember seeing this film for the first time and saying, "That man is terrifyingly out of touch with reality."
