  • Forcier, like all dual threat quarterbacks, will be injured and incapacitated by the end of this year. RR runs a system that relies on the QB run too much, and little Tater Tot is going to be broke in half once Big Ten play starts. LOL!

  • Or Forcier will just pass the ball, and then break a long run on ND for a TD.

Forcier is the no. 1 QB at Michigan. Denard will be what Tebow was his freshman year, which was basically running to the side for a play, then went back to the sideline. Since him and Forcier are both freshman QBs, I see shoelace doing that and going to receiver for most his career.

  • Look man I'm showing mad respect for the rivalry, the least u could do is call Michigan by their name. I see your postings and almost wanna say something but with the way your reacting to comments I figure why bother? All ur gonna do is downgrade our school without having a decent and intelligent conversation. So you can either keep posting like u are and show immaturity or have a decent, well compossed discussion and see how intelligent u really are ;)

  • Here u are again.. like always lol have a nice day Brewhaman. geeeeeeeesshh!!!

  • i think at the very very very best tate forcier can become a zac robinson or a colt mcoy. But we have a more run oriented spread.

  • On top of that, this offense requires a QB that can run. When one can't the whole idea of the run game goes out the window. If the other team knows the RB is going to get the ball and threet isn't going to run the ball they just overload the line and get him. Look at what happened the few times Threet kept the ball last year, a 50+ yard run against Wisc comes to mind. Now place a sprinter in that position (robinson) and we have ourselves a TD.

  • The difference is that this year we have two senior Qb's healthy and an o-line with everyone returning. All things considered we should be able to run the ball. Threet WAS an elite 11 QB - but some players just turn out to be busts. Last year threet was running the offense with the 4th string RB most of the time. Robinson also has the added bonus of running a 4.3 40. Threet - not so much.

  • "All Robinson needs to do is complete short out-rout passes or bubble screens in order to be a great QB in this system."

That's all Sheridan and Threet needed to do last year, too, but they didn't pull that off well at all -- and Threet was an ELITE 11 QB!!! You can't run the ball if you can't sell out on the pass. Same thing will happen with Robinson. Ha.
