How many programs can it run at once with that RAM? I want one, but I want to run itunes, internet and maaaaybe something else at the same time. At least itunes and internet. Anyone?

No problem with itunes. Its actually good in multi-tasking, it can run 5 to 6 programs at the same time. I tried running itunes, internet explore and media player at the same time without problems

is this any good? ive read some reviews that the fans on the note book died out in a short period of time. have you gotten any problems with it so far?

sorry for the late reply. Just an update, 2 weeks ago this laptop wouldn't boot up, and so I return it to the store, they fixed it for about two weeks and I just got it back yesterday. When I asked what was wrong with it, they said they just updated the bios. Well at leas its working now

Hi shinigami900, the battery on the acer aspire shown above is a six cell battery, and as for regular use, i would say that it lasts between 3 - 5 hours, depending on the usage. Like, word processing only will give you more battery life as oppose to using wifi or watching a movie
