Maharishi University of Management (MUM) offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in the arts, sciences, business, and humanities. The University is accredited through the doctoral level by the Higher Learning Commission.

Founded in 1971 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the University features Consciousness-Based education to develop students' inner potential. Not just by listening will you go far. As has happened in human experience in the past, we revered the man, listened, cherished, repeated and shared his words, but, by and by we did not learn to practice what he said - did not learn to regularly transcend. Maharishi's gift is the practice of Transcendental Meditation; his words may lead one to seek out the practice, but it is the practice of TM that brings the knowledge - not the words. Engage in the practice of TM and all else will follow.

It couldn't make more sense: Expand the container of knowledge, the mind, to gain more knowledge. And with an expanded mind comes clear thinking and strong thoughts.

One can therefore use the knowledge they've gained to better their life. Strong thoughts lead to powerful actions.
