Constructive criticism:

Make it a bit more casual and less exaggerated and scripted. Take Fast Lane Daily for example. They're a car news program on Youtube that does just that. It's fun to watch because the host seems comfortable to say what he wants to say about the topic. They also have a "commenter of the week" to keep the audience interacted(kind of).
