It saddens me deeply to see that every time someone tries to open new paths, no matter on what field of human activity, a crowd of guardians of the rules and traditions will jump on them and tear them apart, hate them, etc.

These are the people who hinder evolution, or make it harder.

I'm so ashamed of the human race in general.

@cathridge - That's absolutely not a new thing! Alain Caron (a terrific Canadian bassist) was using it on his bass in the mid-eighties when he was playing in the band Uzeb.
