I have been calorie counting with no success... I think it is because of the carbs? I wish I could eat what I wanted at a certain caloric limit but carbs make it so hard for me to lose weight. I think that maybe when I was calorie counting earlier with no success, I was barely exercising so hopefully this time around it will work out...

You are amazing! Where in the UK are you? My mother is constantly in Reading, working. She goes there from NY and stays for a month at a time. She's actually in Germany now. I went with her to England in 2005. It was incredible! Congratulations on your journey!
