Pub food in England used to have a rather dubious reputation. But over the deaced or so the emergence of the gastro pub has challenged preconceptions. This year the new Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland honoured a record ten English pubs with michelin stars. euromaxx drops in on a few of those included in the guide to examine the pub food revolution.
