This video describes our biology class investigation of composting. In addition to following the breakdown of vegetable scraps over 8 months, we also tested claims made by companies that marketed "compostable" products. Some products performed as advertised. Others, like the Sun Chip compostable chip bag, underperformed in our test conditions.
