Press = bar from shoulder to overhead lockout, no knee/hip movement
Push press = Dip in knees then leg drive to lock bar out overhead (no re-dip)
Push/power jerk = Push press with a re-bend in knees to catch the bar in a lower position, then stand up to complete
Split jerk = same as push/power except athlete lands in a split after the re-dip whereas the power/push they land in a 1/4 squat or 1/8 squat position
Also that gym looks AMAZING

@JackDaScarecrow bodybuilders dont do this sort of thing, but yeah i get wut u mean, but still, pretty pussy weight, only 70kg.......................... cmon thats nothing im sure he can atleast squat 160 kg, given hes a DB, a sprinter and has powerfull legs, besides hes aspiring to be a pro nfl player he should atleast be a bit over ordinary dont you think?

First timehe ever did it. Good athlete. Doing upto110 now. Just needs to have core catch up to leg strength.
