    damn she has a nice body. the three levels sound great to gradually get up the strength to do military pushups. I hope this works for me . Day 1 :)

    really poor elbow angle, this will eventually hurt the shoulder. elbows should be angled 45 degrees towards the body.

    Wrong!! You must take two seconds to descend, hold for one second (make sure you are NOT resting on your chest or stomach), and then take two seconds to come back up. Yes, it's hard, but it will build real muscle and strength, and is less likely to injure you.
