A trio of Sandhill Cranes wandered into Kitty's litter box this AM and she was pretty excited about the whole thing. The cranes? Less so. The two adults are resident here (although I've never seen them out back) and the juvenile is from this spring.
Note: No cranes were harmed and the video ends because I intervened to shoo Kitty back inside. The cranes remained out back for another 90 minutes, so they clearly weren't too traumatized by the whole incident.

p.s., Definitely have mixed feelings about domestic cats and birds that aren't cranes, hawks or turkeys. Most birds do less well in Kitty v. X encounters.
