Lins di Silva should get a taste of his own logic. Take his daughter to another country, keep her there for one year ir so, then claim that she should stay in that country because she has lived "60% of her life there". Make sense? What is justice for you @dirtymo525? The justice in this case is very clear. It is just a batle between two parents in different countries. A long time ago when Salamao in the Bible have to decide who was the parents of a child in a justice batle. He decide cut the baby in a half and the real loved parents decided that for love of their child they prefer that the baby stay a live with the other family. So, Salomao descovered who was the real parents. This is about Seans life he isn't a toy...

Unfortunatelly, I agree with you aplloc30 "NOBODY CARES ABOUT SEAN". David Goldeman is doing the same thing as his ex-wife did. Sean have a half sister in Brazil. He had a life there and it is sad that people in USA just care about a legaly batlle. They really dont care about SEAN. But hey! He will grow up and he will judge his parents and I am sure he will decide what is better for him. And I am sorry David you are just like Bruna. She was a self fish ahd you are not different.

@apolloc30 silvana is a kidnapper and has been cited for parental alienation by brazilian court-appointed psychologists and the brazilian courts. yes there are grandparent rights in every state, however, the law only works for fit grandparents. no, its not the same thing - sean is where he belongs, at home, in nj, with is only living parent.

@apolloc30 no one gives a crap about this case anymore because it is over. sean is back home with his father where he belongs - what goes on b/t david and the brazilian family moving forward is b/t them. the media (in both countries) wanted justice for david and sean and they finally got it - other than that, no one should care what david does or doesnt do because it's no one's business!!!

@apolloc30 - courts enforce the laws, not psychologists. just like in brazil, the court ruled that sean goes to nj to live with his father. i have not seen any court documents that substantiates any of what you are saying - it is only what silvana has spewed out to the media and she is insane.
