Lol what a strange feeling! Im Scottish too and I love snakes!

@TheJudeb123 Hi, the Royals won't fight but you'd be better keeping them in separate vivariums as one could feel stressed by the other and stop eating. Never feed them in the same enclosure as they could end up constricting each other. Mistaking each other as food.

@TheJudeb123 Hi, in over 20yrs of keeping snakes I've never noticed that females are more likely to bite. It comes down to the individual snake. There are only 2 reasons that they will bite 1. They feel threatened and are trying to defend themselves 2. They mistake your hand for food and grab it.

How much watt I need heat mat ?
-
the substrate is.... KITCHEN ROLL!!! :D
The wattage isn't that important, as you should be using a thermostat to regulate the temperature .
It's more to do with the area that the mat covers under the tub. You should be heating about one third of the area under the tub. Using a larger mat means that you can still cover one third of the base if you move the snake up to a larger tub.
ALWAYS use a thermostat to control the temperature of the mat.
Bye for now,
Jim

Hi, no they can't get through that size of hole. Their skull is a good bit wider than the holes.
