Korean people have talked the islands must be Korean territory loudly. However, when Japan proposed to Korea we should put this territorial problem to the International Court, which is in Netherlands, Korea strongly rejected the Japan's proposal.
Koreans made a lot of these kinds of videos and uploaded them to Youtube for their propaganda. However, they don't have any true courage to dispute the territorial problem against Japan in official court. They are afraid to lose it.

countries who control islands dont take those matters to international court to settle.
1. japan dont take senkaku island to international court. (china claims its theirs)
2. russia dont take kuril island to international court. (japan claims its theirs)
if Japan want Korea to take Dokdo to international court.. then show example first.
