Benji Cossa - Volcano

Have you ever felt such glory? Maybe in a lost memorial?
I'll never wanna come back from again

And we really wanna be someone
Everybody said we were something
I wish I could feel like nothing's wrong

Could we really be much better?
To whom do you compare?
And where will we go when we get there?

Cos' everyone I know
Is reaching for the peak of the volcano

Be careful of where you're walking
Beware of what you're wanting
Do you believe you can be strong?

Cos' we can burn it all down
Spread that fire around
Cover it up with pounds of ash

Now I saw that lava blooming
Red stems and thorns are shooting
What are we doing standing here?

Everyone I know
Is reaching for the peak of the volcano
Everyone I know, everyone i know, everyone i know
is reaching for the peak of the volcano

  • I haven't seen a video of this song with the lyrics, but I put them on the information box below the video myself. No idea about the chords, but have you already tried to search from the internet..? Might be something there.

I agree, Zero Day was way better than Elephant, or in fact better than any other movie made of the same subject.

  • @suicidalmusique- Where can you find this exact version of "Volcano"? Where did you get it? I must have this song.

  • @Jurassic0Al - I must have downloaded it somewhere. Weird you couldn't find it.

  • Thanks for the upload. Where did you download this version of the song? The one on the Benji Cossa and the Tightens album is more uptempo and happy sounding.

  • Really? Then I've never even heard that version... This is the same version that's played during the end credits of the film called Zero Day. And I actually like this one a lot.

  • @business555 To be honest, after I watched that movie (& after my first comment) I wanted to know more about these guys and I watched 5 different documentaries afterwards about this event and these guys. After knowing everything, I don't know how to feel about these guys anymore. I think I feel more like pity and sympathy now. Wish things had gone way better for these guys.

  • fine... what do you want me to say, i mean, i love them, they're my heroes. they were good men. i'll give em that. hahahahahaha.

  • @business... your way off kid! I've studied and researched the Columbine Massacre and Dylan and Eric were not bullied anymore than your average kids talking crap to one another. To call these two kids heroes is sickening, and unless your a sick bastard I would suggest that you stop! Dont try to argue back with me whether or not they were bullied, its pointless. When I say I've researched, I mean hundreds of hours with an unbiased opinion. Now I know the truth, and so do you

  • @ca66tuna yeah, because think about it, these boys were bullied and tormented everyday of their lives and they bottled up so much inside for the longest time and finally snapped. the kids they killed deserved at least that. eric and dylan only knew torment in their young lives only to die and burn in hell? they don't deserve that not one bit.

  • @ca66tuna they don't deserve that insult, man. they were normal boys like me who had a tough life that forced them to do this. if anything, they're heroes.

  • My heart was literally melting during the credits as they showed the slideshow. I wasn't crying, but my chest felt like a volcano.

  • Great song but reminds me of those two motherfuckers due to the end credit of Zero day. Fuck you Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Burn in hell!!

  • great song to a great movie. sad though :(

  • @TheElvenqueen couldnt agree more with you :)

  • two kids, one school....
