i have HP laptop but the LCD is broken the same as yours because my cousin throw a thing .. its is repairable?

Thanks for putting this up. Swapped out LCD's in 20mins. Wish I watched this before I took the screen and bezel off of the chasis but live and learn!

@oncall258dotcom @reply4reply MY LAPTOP HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AND IS IN A LCD DISPLAY OPEN POSITION TO CHANGE WITH THE NEW ONE WHICH I HAVE JUST GOT BY POST. THE PROBLEM FOR ME HERE IS THAT HAVING THE SAME MODEL NO. "B154EW02 V.7" BY AU OPRTRONICS THERE IS THE DIFFERENCE IN H/W: RATING. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT DOES IT MEAN. THE OLD OR DAMAGED ONE HAS H/W:1A AND NEW ONE HAS H/W:3A. CAN U PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I CAN REPLACE 1A BY 3A OR I HAVE TO FIND THE ONE WITH 1A RATING IN H/W: .

@67Zaka You should replace the TV. If the screen is damaged, the cost to repair is higher than replacing the television.
