@OzziePerch Some people do ignore the "neutrality" rule. Bias usually sticks out and is easily recognised. If you believe an article is biased, then do as this video suggests and redress the balance. If the unbiased material is uncited, then you can just delete it, but explain why you did in both on your edit and also on the discussion page.
Every editor has an equal say. If you are acting sincerely, and stand your ground, the truth always wins out. All in all, it promotes great articles.

It helps to know who the main administrators are and which ones "own" which topics, and what their agendas are. Accept nothing at face value.
