A brief look at the largest Union fort in the seige line around Petersburg, VA, Fort Fisher.

great videos,but you are not allowed to climb on the earthworks it damages them.these are protected by the national park service and this is not tolereated please when filming your videos of the battlefields do not! climb on the earthworks.i belong to a preservation group that helps protect these historical sites and you are breaking these rules of the national parks thanks.

Fair point. I do not recall seeing many signs advising visitors where they can/cannot go. You may be able to mention this to the powers that be in the NPS but I have written/emailed them several times with suggestions on how to improve the parks (having seen so many) but never received a reply.

It doesn't really make much difference but I did obtain NPS filming permits ($50 a go) from each park shown in my videos stating my plans.

Kinda similer to the Confederate Fort Fisher in Kure Beach NC but much bigger.
