Our company has yet to find a biometrics fingerprint scanner that can not be beaten extremely easy, espically the microsoft fingerprint scanner, my 13yr niece can do it in under 10 minutes.
i bought this and it works great...the only down side is that u cannot password protect things and some websites u cannot use this with for example runescape

because your finger is ugly and deformed.. reading it would cause the poor machine to overheat.

yes I saw it on a friend of mine his laptop (he types in his password or uses the fingerprint reader).
