Hi - yeah - I was away for about a year. Life got in the way of creativity. I'm starting up again - but taking the 3D tack owing to my fortunate encounter with a guy in Enngland who does 3D holographic systems. I'm in the process of putting together what is quite possibly the first dynamic holographic fractal sequences ever made. I have never seen my work in the 3D environment, and as it is in England, probably won't for some time.

I use 3D Studio Max for the 3D work. It's still pretty new for me - but seems to work pretty well. I don't know Blender - is it worth checking out, or is 3D studio the superior software?
