There are human enemies, because the focus of the game is to retrieve Roland Kane. He built a private army for hire by the Mendel-Gruman(sp?) Corporation for research and protection. Kane was there for many reasons (including bio weapons from the bugs). The dinos are, in this game, not the primary enemy, but rather an obstacle in the fight to survive the crash on the wild planet, Kane, and his MG soldiers.

dude wtf for this part of the walkthrough you coulda used the bow and arrow just now when you had to shoot all those soldiers instead of running from the wall and out of cover belive it or not the bow and arrow is more accurate thant he smg
