Not him. You're thinking of King Lion (Shin Shishioh), the boss form of King Leo. The boss i'm talking about is the Ninja Boss with powers of both the elemental ninjas. He's in the first match of Matches 28 - 33

Oh yeah, that guy is... interesting lol. That mask and those boxing gloves make him look like some kind of aztec boxer.
I like the special of his you used where he does a little combo then knocks the other up into the air, then as they come down slams them with his blazing sword, sweet. Cool boss.

had a look at the final boss? I used him in some matches. He has a mix of both ninja moves.

There's actually 2 of them. Ice and Fire. They are both pretty neat.

There's only ten characters, twelve if you also count the two bosses, but the game is still fun at least^^
