I have made this recipe four times now. It is a hit every time. The last time I made it was for a summer bbq. I actually got a proposal of marriage after one man tried it. I don't think his boyfriend appreciated it though, (the proposal - he loved the pie!)

I do add more lemon juice to my version - we like it super tart. I also put a bit of vanilla in the whipped topping.

This pie is my newest go to recipe. I have a SUPER easy one for coconut if you want to try it. Its only 2 ingredients.
