  • Hey thanks for all your input!!! .......BP

  • Hey brooklynprepper love the videos... Quick question do you dehydrate fresh veggies too or just frozen ones??

  • @kboxingrebel Yes i do the fresh.be doing some vids on it soon......Thanks bro!!!!!!

  • Dehydrating is next on my list , I'm going to do this! Thank you!

  • @cheesestr4wz go for it..its great

  • You forgot the last step, mailing the jars to me! If you are rotating that stuff out over short term, skip the oxy absorber and just use the food saver on the jars to save you money.

  • @preparedchipmunk yes, I have to buy the attachment thanks bro. I'll share my food with you anytime.

  • You are reviving this tired old prepper thank you, I've got a fire lit under me now!

  • Next time, try to roll the silicone into a cone and funnel the stuff into the jars/bags... That's what we do, and it saves on the gloves.

  • can you Dehydrate meat this way ??????

  • Hey, Do you think you could dehydrate a peperoni pizza? And if you could, you think you could send one out here?Chicago pizza might be great for Illinoisans, but they ain't got nuthin on NY, that's for sure. Thanks for the vids

  • maybe put the mushrooms in the center (even with the fan) as the spinach will dehydrate quicker. Leafy veggies dehydrate pretty quickly. Maybe wait till the very end of your packing before removing your oxygen absorber out of its jar. I know I was always told to work fast with the absorbers. BUT I don't use them (as yet anyway). There's some controversy about whether you need the absorbers if your vacuuming anyway. The food last so long anyway in vacuum jars using the vac attachment.

  • You might want to get a Jar sealer with your machine! Keep up the good work, nice video, thanks.

  • @brooklynprepper If you have a large Foodsaver jar you don't need the adapter, Just loosen the Mason jar lid just enough to let out the air, Set the Mason jar in the foodsaver jar, Cover the Foodsaver jar and vacuum with the hose until the lid of the Mason jar pops down, Take the Mason jar out and tighten it completely and your done. There is a video on Youtube of somebody doing just that.
