Feb 14th 2002 cold frosty day
we took off from langar airfield UK
The helicopter climbed to 10,000 ft
I climbed to 5,000 ft the rest u can watch when dave landed on top of the balloon he took off his parachute replaced it with one that had been stached ontop when we inflated the balloon,then he skydived off. I then decended to ground level an landed 100meters from where i took off from
what an amazing day

OK, now jump from a balloon and land on top of a helo! I want to see that video.
BTW: nice job. I would love to land on a moving target. I swooped a moving van once and thought, "Hmmmm, maybe I could . . . never mind..."

I don't know about the description saying the jumper stashed a rig ontop of the balloon. He may have for all I know.
But the vid shows him jumping from the helo with a rig set up for a 3rd canopy - he opens the 3rd canopy after exiting with it held in his hands, then can jettison it once on the balloon, and skydive off it with his regular 2 canopies.
