the idea of this thing is that the robot should learn how to walk! Learning is done by evolutionary algorithm. The algorith should control how to lift legs, move them forward and so on in the correct order and timing.

yeah - the robot in this kind of state is definitely stupid.
the problem by evolutionary programming is, that it will take
a lot of time to learn - normaly this kind ot learning algorithim
will done by a simulator -
