Our Agave's got really badly frost burned during winter. most of the leaves turned brittle and brown but the middle seemed okay. Now, in Summer, one Agave almost looks normal again but I clipped the dead leaves off the other and then the middle broke off. Wll it grow again? The rest of the plant still looks alive and green.

Isn't it beneficial to tilt the Agave plant at an angle to prevent water settling in the center of the crown because it could rot?
