  • The most vital thing for you to do is the simplest, and the most difficult: push longer. It's hard to be patient when you're trying to put speed on the ball, but it will end up adding incredible amounts of distance to your throws. You are too antsy with your feet and thus cannot keep pushing around the corner. Think 2 o'clock to about 8 or 7. This will also help with your balance.

  • I think you are trying to speed the ball up too much by pushing the ball down instead of around. It looks like you are not letting it stretch and turn you.

  • Speeding up your winds and holding the release will help a lot
