2 years ago I had a DUI and went to ramsey county Jail, These officers ARE very verbally abusive, no matter how you speak to them. I was very polite and very cooperative. They really do abuse there power. They do intentionally do things to make you suffer. I sat in a what felt like a refrigerated all-cement room for twelve hours after being booked. I had only one cocktail before arrest. The guards sat outside the room I was in, In a heated area.
