Could apes really take over the planet? Apes may be large, powerful animals but they have naturally created a violence free social structure among themselves. Watch as Thomas Gillespie, Associate Professor of Public Health and Biodiversity Conservation at Emory University, discusses the real characteristics of this misunderstood species.

They already have. They're called humans. You can also smell some of them before seeing them.

  • The scientist who did this review did it before the movie was released and did NOT watch it.

The apes in this movie are passive, just like he said, and only get violent when interfered with by humans, like he said. Him calling the film incorrect is INACCURATE. He should have watched it first, because it does do what he said..

  • @warmpond

    lol

  • @RPFS2008 listen evolution was proven wrong years ago, the world just refuses to except it

  • @warmpond

Not at all. We are as much an ape as the chimpanzee is.

  • @RPFS2008 humans and apes are different things

  • This is movie we are talking about, right? Does it really need scientific approach and explanation? It's just a movie! Get over it, spoiler! :P

  • Watching this video and reading some of these comments I'm not sure...whether I should feel sorry for apes or should I feel sorry for humans... Movie seems interesting. And this guy sounds silly because we already knew that...without being experts.

  • i hate how this guy makes the movie seem totally scientifically ignorant...the apes have been administered a drug that changes their brain function so they ARE NOT the same apes you see in the jungle who bluff..clearly for whatever reason the apes are aggressive and exhibit all the symptoms seen in the movie..this seems perfectly reasonable to me given the circumstances of the apes..just my 2cents..

  • @AgrivatedKillah

    You wound me

  • @RPFS2008 As smart as this guy is you should of known that he already knows this.

It's a shame your comment received so many thumbs up.
