@sinfullytrue Go tell somebody who gives a shit. If you died the world wouldn't notice.

@Impulse2core Exactly why I initially questioned "What studies", is because few studies are done in this area to support GABA enough to substantiate its effectiveness for what supplement makers claim it to be for. You are not the only digital lord behind a screen, many of us exist to make sure we are aware and well informed, not ill informed. Peace to you too. Nothing personal, join us.

@sinfullytrue and @FrelixKnight, the main reason there are little studies on most Natural Health Supplements - or alternatives to pharmaceuticals, is because most scientists need to devote their time and expertise on addressing more critical issues that adversely affect human health, such as Pharmaceuticals. @FelicityRable, thank you for understanding. You are wise indeed.
Cheers and happy holidays to all.

@sinfullytrue as I said, we should help. I only mentioned this to spread awareness, so let us stop the hate, All for love! All for nature!
-
@FrelixKnight no problem. we are all responsible to each other. Happy to help.

@FrelixKnight ----- ding ding ding - you win. Although I'm not a 'scientist' like that impulse2core thing and my words aren't as big, I know BS when I read it. Thanks for standing up to me. You're right, a screen doesn;t smell like s#it either, and keeps the apparent know-it-alls from invading our natural space instead of promoting cr@p. support against

@FelicityRable You seem like a cool mind, so you show impulse2core how he or she is an ostrich. ha ha. At least being behind a screen protects me from such little informed ignorance.....studies, ha! another conspiracy to logicize bull Sh*t.
-
@Impulse2core ...I appreciate that ONE study you give which was published in CVA by Menda et al. 2009, however most all other studies put it on par with placebo.
I study nutritional remedies as well, and my main sources are NOT Dr. Mercola or WIki, but I consult and read alot of literature from pubmed and Google Scholar, so I do know what I am talking about. Hey, that's why we are here, right? Constructive Dialogue. about GAB being .but the studies are overwhelming against GABA.

@sinfullytrue I am sure at an age of 34, with some bio classes in open studies, you have learnt only little. Although your speak big of 'mechanisms', it is obvious you understand little of what you say - not to say what you wrote is wrong, it is just a copy and paste from another post. You still want more challenge? Oh yes, the age, how did I know? as I said, don;t be an ostrich.
"studies show" ? What studies. List out peer reviewed studies with placebo controlled human studies not only for me, but for everyone on YouTube showing any significant positive result from supplementation in humans. I am a trained medic, and duly believe our diet and psychological state is essential to healing, but it truly confuses me that the dietary supplement industry is simply a money making machine. AORhealth seems to be no better, I group you all together. Sad indeed.

@FrelixKnight I do understand your point here, I am a scientist myself. However, remember that natural health supplement manufacturers feed you placebos more than anything, especially if it is not the normal multi which is understandable we may need from time to time. I love Dr. Brunels' series, but the company he promotes seems to be another vending machine... health is not a priority anymore.
