A lot of it was frustration from being called "pedo-lovers" for their support of the team and respect given for JoePa (who was scapegoated, by the way), other times they were so emotionally caught-up in the games won and lost that they just turned into your average, insane Nittany Lion sports fans. Lol. But you're right, the players stood above it, focused on getting work done, and didn't disappoint.

These guys have class, of course they won't go down to the media's level and start some drama about how IU has it out for them. Why on Earth would they want more undeserved scrutiny about their "culture"? They present themselves like men. Not even Mauti, actually especially Mauti, wouldn't go so low.

It was intentional. Mauti was already engaged with a lineman, there weren't any other PSU players around the IU RB so he tucked his elbows and went back first into Mauti's knee.

That sounds pretty paranoid. The replay does not indicate intentional.

Sounds like an intentional roll-up. Penn State linebackers have been targeted both in college and the NFL.

What a terrible deal, hope her gets better quickly. The hit was clearly not intentional as the player fell into him, but it could have been called regardless.
