Zelda TP (Wii): Keep the Wooden Sword (Full Walkthrough)

How to keep your precious Wooden Sword from that bratty little kid!

NOTE: this trick was origionally meant for those who get the Ordon Sword and the Master Sword, this was before the Ordon Sword skip was discovered..

This is an older glitch, I possibly put together this guide a bit too soon.. You can still get the Wooden Sword, as long as you don't talk to the kids after getting the Slingshot and/or the Wooden Sword, Talo won't be waiting to take the Wooden Sword. No idea why this is so, it seems like playing those games activates him later.. why Talo is inactive later is a mystery, because if Talo did appear still after, this trick would be useful for keeping the Wooden Sword throughout the game. It's faster to use the sword, as long as you do the gate trick without talking to the kids.

his directions are "gently swing the numchuck side to side" which isnt working :/

It should say "gently shake your nunchuck side to side", since I have to shake it, but not so gently, for the spin attack to work.

The directions are for when you're wiimote and nunchuck are brand new.. it's redundant. When you own it long enough, you have to shake it, but definitely don't shake it too hard or you can break it over time.

unfortunately, once you change to wolf, and have to change back, you'll lose your Ordon clothing..

@gilmore7888 Nyet. You cannot do the Ending Blow even with the Ordon Sword, it won't let you. The game requires you to wield the Master Sword only to even touch Ganondorf, the Ordon Sword goes straight through him as if he were phantom.

It's the weakest most pitiful sword in the game. In fact it's not even a sword it's a stick . Why would you chose a stick over a sword
