As far as I remember, the Impact Site is the single best place in the game to grow pikmin, so you might want to go there to get more blues.

I'm probably not going to spend much time raising in this playthrough, since I don't usually, and my tasks seem to last longer than they should. When I go back though, Ill try to raise best as I can, but Im not the best at using time effectively, except when it comes to rocket parts :D

Its not like I plan to lose like 100 in one video though, so that shouldn't be really any issue anyways.
