I have an 2000 KLR, Mine uses glass fuses, May want to check those. Bit surprised if they changed, but never know!

@klrbiker My partner in crime has a 97 I think...his uses glass too...he mentioned that I should check...and mine actually uses the larger blade type..and not the small ATM fuses that I showed....Which I have a whole box full of as well, I'll throw the atm style in the bag, you never know when you might meet a fellow biker who might need what you have..

Some really useful tips man. Don't know that I'd carry everything you do but some I'd never thought of. I thought everyone carried zip ties!

@BrianWest58 Thanks Brian....I have the room to carry it, otherwise, I would prioritize, and eliminate ... My rationalization is....if you were broke down on your bike in the middle of nowhere...you would be damn happy to see us if we roll your way hahaha

Ok, so now that I'm done pissing about - serious question - do you and Tracey co-ordinate who takes what on you journey? Example: do you really need that much electrical tape? Probably not, so only one of you should carry that?

@YarekBalear It depends, we live 480 miles apart...some rides, for logistic purposes, we have to split off from one another...and we usually carry everything redundant for that solo portion..
