This is a quick dish and mighty tasty. I reveal the 'secret' chinese ingredient that u have never read about or seen! Have u ever tried to re-create chinese restaurant chicken fried rice? It's never the same no matter how many times u've made it. Reason is, u need the secret ingredient...no, not msg. Here it's sold under the name Maggie's Seasoning. I get mine from Canada. It comes in a 200 ml, like i show, and up to 800 ml or a litre sized brown bottle. It's liquid!

  • i got some magggis seasoning yest at store and your righr as soon as i tasted a little i reckonised the taste. anyway question how much of it do ye put in 1 meal im guessin just half or 1 whole tea spoon full ?

  • @willyham72 No more than a Tbsp but add a few shots and taste...after you've added the soy!

  • pretty much how I do, cept I got even more lazy... I take frozen chicken and broccolli crowns and boil them in water and cook em through... drain pan then cut up chicken into pieces... oil pan then cooking ingrediants together.. I make a 2:1 Jasmine rice mixture on side.. and season to taste... can use about anything..

  • @papercuts777 Yer the old great Monsanto, poisoning your food and then selling you the cancer treatment to treat it. I take what you say about 'have a go' nutritionists also, they seem to thrive off confusion more than anything. And your right about doctors also. The trouble is I guess you just have to compromise, NO WAY am I eating raw food only or going without meat, but things like MSG, aspartame, there just unnecessary anyway you dont miss them. Keep up the good work man, appreciate it
