Dan Linn Global Marijuana March 2009 Chicago Illinois

This is a speech Dan Linn the Executive Director of Illinois Norml gave at the Chicago Global Marijuana March on May 2, 2009.

If you notice the kinda weird noises someone is making, that's my friend who suffers form tourettes. He originally only had ADHD but with years of prescription drugs that didn't work for him took over his body and resulted in his ADHD staying the same but causing him to have tourettes as well. He's currently talking with a lawyer about a lawsuit against them. Marijuana not only calms his ADHD but also his tourettes, and unlike those prescription drugs marijuana doesn't harm him in anyway, it only helps him. But unfortunately our state doesn't allow him medical marijuana so he has to go out in public and deal with the looks and questions and rejections people give him when they meet him and notice his ADHD and tourettes. I believe his case of tourettes is called Tourettism.

I'm not Dan but i do agree he gave an excellent speech, I also talked with him a bit and bought a Pro-Marijuana shirt from his table and also donated money to the Norml chapter. Also purchased a few pins and a sticker lol. i got all geared up. May 2nd was a great day in down town chicago.

I am not sure I am only 14 but I know that people have in the past and if you apply and explain how it interferes with your life( always exxagerate) ( I can't spell) that you could probably get one. I know that it helps me, how old are u. And hopefully you do, I will try o aswell
