Part 3 (final part). Documentary about water for health. If you know ANYONE who has ANY illness, this is a must see! Infact, you should watch it anyway, because you know you'll probably be ill yourself one day..

It's very simple. To stay in tip top condition you must drink 8 glasses of Water a day and have a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt.

  • seasalt? im confused..do u mean like goto the beach and extract the salt out of the salt water? and add it to the water??? what do you mean....please write back

  • You can buy sea salt from many supermarkets otherwise a health food store will always stock the stuff. No need to go extract it from the sea yourself! Some Brands include: KAL, Real Foods, Holland & Barratt etc..

The problem with table salt is that its just refined sodium chloride so all the nutrients in the raw salt have been removed. You can use sea salt instead of table salt for all purposes, it tastes much better on food too!

  • How you take the sea salt depends on your own taste.. sometimes I'll just grind the sea salt (using an ordinary salt grinder) and swallow it straight then quickly wash it down with a few glasses of water. You could also just add sea salt to your food, making sure you get an adequate amount for the day. Also you can sprinkle the sea salt in a glass of water, stir well and drink. Whatever you prefer, just be sure to take upto a 1/2 teaspoon a day recommended amount.

  • Thanks for the final video in the series! Now, it's time for ME to add water to my daily program... I'm already substituting Sea Salt for table salt. Thanx, again, for the video! ♥

  • Thanks for watching and I hope you stick to the watercure, your Sea Salt plan sounds great. In addition to a "cure" I kind of view it as a "sensible intake" of water/salt considering the fact that the body is majority water.. Happy H20ing!

  • Funny that the Earth is over 75% water and we call it Earth. And like the Earth, our bodies are mostly water as well. The signs are all around us, we just don't pay attention.

  • Water is water, where ever you may find it. The difference is the molecular direction the electron is spinning! Either to the South(positive+) or to the North(-negative). We are South-spun on the molecular level. Doesn't it make sense to influence your fluids first before drinking now?

  • @imaFagAndThis you must also know that table salt specifically, is very detrimental to your health, it is not nutritive at all whatsoever, and causes a vast majority of health deteriorating problems....please remember that..

Sea Salt that hasn't been touched, or refined (stripped away from its nutritive properties, ..special minerals) is the best salt out there EVER!! health to you..

  • @RandyWayneFricke Good Point :) Im gonna call this planet H20 from now on haha :)

  • Sounds good, but make sure you are not taking FLOURIDE.

  • @RandyWayneFricke Actually, the earth is not over 75% water. The SURFACE AREA is over 75% water. The VOLUME is mostly iron and rock.

  • I ate 2 big mini cheeseburgers and fries with juice from Five Guys this afternoon. After I felt jittery and unstable...after drinking at least 6 cups of water after I feel more balanced and not like I ate lots of junk food. 4 more glasses to go! :) Water is good!

  • Everybody's taste is different. I use 1/2 teaspoon electrolytes per 54 oz, which is 80% of a 2 liter bottle. After that it's vortexed.

  • All water is alkaline. Litmus paper strips can test your acidity but in morning piss your elevated acidity is normal.
