Congress needs to create it's own non-profit banking institution that uses a two-pronged approach to monetary policy. First, by issuing interest-free grants of new money through local branches to businesses and consumers to prevent deflation and promote business development. Second, by offering free savings and checking accounts while taxing excessive withdrawals and expenditures to prevent inflation.

The headquarters for Bank of America are located in Los Angeles and San Francisco, but the one in Los Angeles is more colorful and brighter with red lights at the top with blue and red glowing signs "Bank of America" on it's roof.

The one in San Francisco SUCKS! Nothing special at all because it's something like a fake Bank of America headquarters in San Francisco out of nowhere, but Los Angeles definitely is better.
