Just because you don't find it entertaining doesn't give you the right to chastise anyone who does. I'm pretty sure Rocky Balboa fans don't complain about the films because Sly Stallone is "pretending to fight" someone. It's scripted and it's supposed to be scripted. The storylines are what make it interesting just like with most TV shows. And Pro Wrestling IS a play. It's live action combat theater that tours WITHOUT an extended break or offseason. Educate yourself before you criticize.

No, the point is that you bash it because they "pretend to fight" yet I'm sure you have no problem watching people pretend to fight during action films right? Only difference is that they use multiple takes, fancy camera angles, and stunt men. Wrestlers are live and are their own stunt men.Fans respect them for what they sacrifice in the ring and what they do for charity. WWE is fake and not fake the slams and falls they take are real thay just know how to take them in a way that doesnt hurt. the lifting of grown men is real but yes the acting is all fake

no I'm not gonna bash movies, TV shows or plays, because I actually find them entertaining (for the most part), if I wanted to watch people pretend to fight, I'd go watch chavs down the bus station

He's saying the pain experiences from the moves such as the constant falling and "spots" are not fake. You try taking on a WWE stars 250+ day a year touring schedule and see how your body holds up. And who gives a crap if it's scripted? You gonna bash movies, tv shows, and plays for being "fake" also? It's SUPPOSED to be scripted. That's why it's called sports ENTERTAINMENT and not regulated by any athletic commissions either. It's combat theater.
