Little Shop of Horrors part 7 (West High School 1991)

Presenting Little Shop of Horrors! This production was performed in 1991 by the students of West High School in Columbus, Ohio.

Very special thanks to Dawn Holler-Gray, Donna Duncan Holler, Scott White and others who contributed to putting this project celebrating the twentieth anniversary of this special show together.

The musical began life in 1960 as the quirky horror comedy The Little Shop of Horrors, directed by the notorious filmmaker Roger Corman. A cult classic, the movie was adapted into a stage musical (dropping the 'The') by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman in 1982. The show went on to even greater heights of fame when Frank Oz directed the 1986 film adaptation of the show.
