@HFCPROTECTOR just start, find some people nearby if you can but really all you need to do is begin experimenting with movement and stick at it.

Twice weekly training days, one parkour & conditioning focused, one more geared towards cross training, climbing, etc. Then bodyweight workout during the rest of the week as and when my body feels, mostly upper body at the moment though normally rotating upper/lower between days.
