Practice makes permanant.There are so much basket-ball players who got injured in their ankle. This work out is to protect you ankle from twisting or weak. Your ligaments has to be strong and this is the exercise for it.I have been to a lot of gym, I see trainers doing the wrong stuff. They claim they know what they are doing. Just be careful. Work out is my passion.I LOVE YOU ALL THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING ME.
