  • @StayGoldHC same track mind sir? insults lol. I respect that you are in good shape but, you are nothing special. The only reason you have diffintion is becasue you have low body fat. I'm not going to judge how you got there. Keep working on it and I will do the same.

  • @StayGoldHC Kind of late for a response but, hey you probibly are I'm so sorry to hear that your self ego has been hurt, please go ahead and show me a video of your greatness use the same weight and show how it is done. Problem is you do not know what will happen you could break your arm and never lift again as I could improve further, just saying do not be so sure. I normaly do 50-100 reps with a 25 or 30 pound dumbell, builds endurance and for strength around 45-60 with 8-10 reps.

Given that my arms are on a whole different planet than yours, why would you think your form is better than mine? lol And I'll admit, this was sloppier than I do now for cheat curls, but my arms still looked better then (at 19) than yours do now or ever will. That speaks volumes. You lose lol

Cheating is a good way to mess up your back, the reason someone cheats is becasue they want to lift more weight but can't so they use other muscles to help them in a way to cover up their weakness. You want to build body mass then go lift heavy weights with proper form 8-10 times then eat a good does of protien and reapeat daily have a second workout with 25-50 reps of each extercise and have another does of protein that's the way to

  • @TheFitnessShinobi once again you stupid fuck.. when you curl 60kg you need to do cheat curls also you build much more mass with cheat curls when you curl 60kg then you would with proper form and curl 20kg. bro you have zero clue about training please stfu your embarassing yourself

  • @ramadan11111 such ignorance in your words, first off you insult me, you don't even know me I never said it going work, it actuly works the back and biceps but it's cheating and limmits stress on your biceps if you swing a weight I could probily curl your whole body with one hand but if I want to train my biceps you do them slow with good form. Trust me I curled 145 45's on each side 3 times with good form and can do 10-12 with 35's on each side. so say something usefull instead insulting.
