    Things possessing some categorical semantic quality is, by its nature, entirely a cognitive phenomenon arising out of our need to understand a world that possesses no intrinsic categorical quality. I.e.: what something is or is not is merely qualia. Thus: half a bee is what we understand to be half a bee, in the sense that it is a collection of atoms arranged in a certain order that we understand to be half a bee. It neither is or is not objectively a bee, half a bee, or indeed anything else.
