Screw having a justification for why you should smoke pot or any drug for that matter. You should NOT have to seek permission from any bureaucrat on if you can use any drug or not. You are allowing the government to determined what substances you are able to ingest that alters or affects your mind. You are consequently allowing the government to have control over your mind when you seek permission on if they should use drugs or not. You are allowing them to be your mind controller.

Marijuana is not a drug. To be consider a drug, a subtance must meet the criteria. Drug = a substance that is created and altered by various processes. From seed to consumption, Marijuana goes through not one process. Therefore it is not a drug. It is a herb.

There is a sure way to end the Federal Govt.'s reach into destroying the lives of the masses,every State has the right to invoke their 10th amendment,its in the Constitution,any State could say ENOUGH and severe all ties with the Feds and breakaway from the Union,all it would take is for ONE State to do this and more would fall in line,the Feds won't ever let up,and they are only gonna get worse,forget about voting in the same old Demos and Repubs in Washington. In Houston, during the 1990's, the director of the DEA named Marion, hit and killed a man while driving under the influence of alcohol. Many DEA agents have significant problems with alcohol dependency. Alcohol is a physically addicting drug. By the way, this DEA agent looks like John Denver in old age.
