Thanks for that quick and easy recipe. Have you seen the Artisan 5 minute bread? It's also easy and you can make up a batch and store it in the fridge and just get separate how much you want each day to cook it. It's really good bread. If you'd like the recipe, let me know. Otherwise you can google it (it's a LOT of information, but the recipe itself is VERY easy!!).
