Mini 1275 GT SPRINT CAR BARNFIND

There has been a story for some years that there was a race tuned championship winning mini hidden away in a garage on a west midlands housing estate, On the 23 July 2010 I was offerd this car.... It has had £25,000 spent on it over the last 10 years... then after repainting it sat in the garage for 5 years. we blew her tyres up changed the fuel, checked all the fliuds, replaced the battery and with a slight tap on the fuel pump she was breathing again... the lady who owned the car is an acomplished driver having won lots of trophys for hill climbs and sprints in the 90s also winning at Goodwood. It is a lovely litte car and sticks to the road well... the sad part of the story is that all the kit of spares and wets and drys were all in another garage that was raided and all were lost. you may see her at a sprint in the future, I intend to have a go.

Takes me back to a "rally prep'd" 1275 I had. Not set up as well as this though. This'll be putting big smiles on your face everytime you embarress more expensive motors.

 Was the cameraman on a bouncy castle though?
