You look amazing! I have a question (anyone feel free to jump right in!) I'm at the end of R1 and heading into R3 on hhcg. I confess my first attempt has been disasterous because I cheated (emotional eater) several times. Very difficult due to some personal issues right now. Do I have to wait the whole 3 weeks before I get going again? Or can I just stay doing R2 @ VLCD? I'm confused and disheartened but still determined. Help!!!

@blewis9505 You will find this answer in Pounds and Inches. You need to wait the time frame he states. In my experience, those who went less didn't have as good response. not only in losses, but in stalls and maintaining.

@azhappygal Thanks :) I'll come wearin' them to Tom's ... when it's cooler. I have to wash them every wear... They are too big now :(

@jnp537 my miss me's are too big now. lol. If I have to wash and dry and then they are fine for a while, but they stretch out. after summer I'll have to get another pair!
